We use only DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE TIME DEFINITE service. Door-to-door delivery by the end of the next possible business day. Proactive delivery notification available: You can change delivery date/hour to fit at best your needs (some countries may not have this service). Europe 24 hours delivery / ROW 72 hours delivery. Shipping Monday to Friday.

We ship records into double wave vinyl mailer made to measure with stiff safety zone. Pre-order item will be shipped at release date, unless your order includes other pre-order items that ship later. All items in your order will ship together.

Extra costs may apply for "remote area delivery".

Customs & Duties:

Your package may be subject to duties and handling fee when it arrives in your country. We can't predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country and subject to constant changes.
We cannot list the shipment as a "gift" on the customs form even if it is a gift.
For USA ONLY shipping with no extra custom costs guarantee.
For Russia: Restrictions applied by customs.

Return Policy

Goods proven damaged on receipt will be replaced by us if possible, otherwise as our records are handmade and made to order, a store credit or a refund will be given.

Returns must arrive back at our warehouse as shipped (unless a photo is provided before shipping) 14 days from receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
